Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and deployment of the web properties, hardware appliances, CUDA acceleration binaries, and cryptographic infrastructure provided by Bentusison Technologies Limited ("Bentusison").

1. Software Licensing & Restrictions

Proprietary software engines (including the Serpentine-Silo kernel architecture) are provided under license, not sold. Licensees may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to extract mathematical kernel optimizations from compiled binaries without explicit written consent.

2. Proprietary Intellectual Property

All algorithm designs, software architectures, cryptographic proof structures, documentation, and hardware configurations remain the exclusive intellectual property of Bentusison Technologies Limited. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. Service Availability & Warranty

Unless covered by a separate signed enterprise Service Level Agreement (SLA), software and digital materials are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Hardware deployments are subject to standard vendor warranties defined in executed purchase orders.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bentusison Technologies Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from operational downtime or integration modifications. Aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid to Bentusison in the preceding 12 months.
